These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Smart eHealth Training products of Smart eHealth Training (“The Website”), which is owned and operated by Smart eHealth Training Pty Ltd (“Smart eHealth Training”), ABN61 607 351 879 .
e-Learning Course Purchase
e-Learning Course purchases can be made via the Smart eHealth Training website. Secure online payments are enabled through the Rapid Global Payment Gateway.
Delivery Timeframes
Upon acceptance of payment through the Rapid Global Payment Gateway, a password will be issued via RapidGlobal Induct to allow the user to complete the course. This password will be emailed to the user using email addresses provided by the user when entering purchase information. This password will be emailed to the user within 1 hour of entering purchase information. If this password is not emailed the user will need to seek help via the Rapid Global client services team on 1800 307 595 (AU) or email support@rapidglobal.com.
Use of material on the site
The e-Learning Courses (listed on the e-Learning page) are not permitted to be downloaded and/or distributed in any form or by any means.

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be granted if you have been unable to complete the e-Learning course due to unavailability of our website.
