Smart Health has developed workstation set up advice sheets so that our clients can setup their workstations to be ergonomically sound. Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists at Smart Health have developed the set up advice sheets. These therapists have extensive knowledge and experience in worksite, ergonomic and postural assessments relating to workstation design and setup. This information has been extensively reviewed and researched and is considered to be best practice. Review of the research is ongoing and these advice sheets are updated as we learn how to better interact with our IT devices. We encourage you to download these advice sheets and place them so they can visually be seen and used to alter set up, posture and ergonomics in a positive way. These sheets can also be used in the home setting in the same way.
