Overview
This course is designed to provide organisations/workers with the basic information required to improve their office workstation and achieve a comfortable, healthy, and productive work environment. Our adult ergonomic eHealth course is designed to help workers understand the importance of correct ergonomics in the prevention of injury and to enable them to comply with ergonomic principles in the set-up of their workstation. The course will step you through how to set-up your workstation and how to work with computers such as desktops, laptops and tablets in a safe manner. It will go through relevant ergonomic and general health information specifically for office based workers. The course should take approximately 30 to 45 minutes to complete and may be completed in more than one session.

Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, you should be able to:
- Be able to set up your computer (desktop, laptop & tablet) with good ergonomics
- Adjust their chair, screen, keyboard and mouse to suite them ideally
- Be able to identify good and poor postures
- Understand the level of activity and exercise required to keep them healthy
